Russian River Brewing Company - Jannemie

Jannemie is a Saison brewed using American and European malts and hops, a distinctive strain of farmhouse yeast, and finished with Brettanomyces. Primary fermentation took place in one of unique open-top fermenters which are perfectly designed for brewing yeast forward styles like Saison.
