Beer description

The color of… cloudy amber, not even copper! The meringue foam initially burst abundantly, with fine to medium bubbles, falling, forming a minimal layer on the surface. The aroma of cereal coffee, dark bread - rather bread crust plus notes of wine and yeast. Slightly dry taste. Dark bread and coffee notes with a slight sour taste at the finish. For this wine notes and that's basically it. Slight bitterness and slight alcohol content leave its mark on the palate. The beer is full-bodied. Aging for several months did not bring any major effects, apart from the notes of oxidation.
