The Brew - Rye IPA

Expect the palate to finish dry with slight sweetness to hold up bitterness. There's hints of spiciness from the rye and the crystal malt which adds another level of richness without being overly cloying. Citrus notes drive the bitterness also adding some pith notes. The aroma gives a perceived sweetness, with underlying notes of citrus, grape and resin.
