Beer description
To broaden our horizons and work on something we've never done before, we decided to brew a seasonal beer. Fermented with a traditional seasonal yeast for the classic fruity ester and phenolic spiciness, brewed with a percentage of rye malt to add even more spice. For a uniquely modern twist, we then dry hopped Galaxy, Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc to brew a seasonal beer unlike any we've tasted before. Fruity and spicy at first with a refreshing dryness that you would expect from a farmer's beer!
