Saalfelder - Braumanufaktur Whiskey Bock

This exceptional Bock beer was brewed in the Saalfeld brewery. After maturing in the storage cellar, this dark Bock was aged for another 6 months in a wooden barrel. The American oak of the barrel gave the beer aromas reminiscent of a good old whiskey. Rough on the outside, soft on the inside. The taste reminds of wood as well as flavors ranging from vanilla to coffee. A beer to be enjoyed in a social gathering.
