Mogwaï Beer Company - Sabro Shall Not Pass

A cool new NEIPA in which we wanted to throw in some Sabro during the 1st Dry Hopping... but the fermenter didn't agree and sent everything scurrying to the 4 corners of the brewery. After much consultation and negotiation, he agreed to let us use Loral, Idaho 7 and Talus (all in Cryo) to release an aroma with hints of coconut, wood and citrus zest. For the 1st time we used wheat and oat flakes to see what it's like to make NEIPA 'like everyone else', and incidentally to see if we can get a smoother body than ever. In short, fans of the 'Sabro Hate Gang' should be able to tolerate this NEIPA!
