White tigers are not a separate species, nor are they albinos. This is a rare case of nature's variability, one in 10 thousand, practically an anomaly. Such cases in former times were often given a sacred interpretation. We were inspired by this peculiarity: 99.99 per cent of a white tiger is an ordinary tiger, but it has something that makes it fundamentally different. Sacred Beast is a light thirst-quenching varietal, uncluttered and unobtrusive. The white grapefruit juice, rosemary and cardamom added during the fermentation stage have transformed their flavour through a light biotransformation and melded into one flavour with the fermentation esters. Even in the most ordinary there is charm.
