Beer description
After nearly 22 months in Rum barrels, we present Sacred Islands, a Belgian Quadrupel Ale dosed with banana, toasted coconut, Madagascar Vanilla, and Korintje Cinnamon. Pouring a deep, burgundy oak hue, Sacred Islands offers spiced coconut and molasses bathed banana Sundaes on the palate. Aromas of rich, tropical fruit and ripe figs greet the nose, adding a welcome complexity to each sip. Warm and tropical, Sacred Islands finishes with a touch of sweet spice.
