Elliott Bay - Safety Meeting

Seemingly simple, three malts, two hops…but this beer is not what it seems. It abounds with hop flavor and aroma and finishes crisp and dry as a lager should. Easy drinking, but still exiting on the palate. Lively hops, citrus, lemon tart, orange juice aroma. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit peel, lager yeast, grass, and a faint woodiness. Mouthfeel is dry.
