Sägemehl Stadt (pronounced “Zeg-a-meal St-tad-t”, which roughly translates to Sawdust City) is our award-winning traditional German-style festbier, originally brewed back in 2016 to celebrate our first on-premise Oktoberfest festival. Pouring a pristine burnt auburn, its malt-forward character presents aromas of light caramel and toasted bread. Flavours of brioche and golden raisins round out its robust yet satisfying character.
