A sparkling golden clear beer with a medium white foamy head ; medium retention ; good lacing. Nice herbal smell, light lemon, hay, cereal note, honey note. Light bitter, medium dry refreshing, light spicy note, sweet note. Light to medium rising body, thin silky texture, good gaseous, herbal dry refreshing finish.
