Salcombe Brewery - Saison

Saison (5.5% ABV) is a farmhouse style ale with roots in the French speaking regions of Belgium. Our take on this traditional style includes the addition of pink peppercorns, coriander seed and orange peel. The result is a floral, spicy ale with notes of honey and citrus culminating in a crisp dry finish.
