Yonder - Saison Fourage: Magnolia

Saison Fourage is a series of mixed culture fermented saisons, each infused with a single wild ingredient, which was foraged by hand in the UK. This is part one of the series and features the wonderful flavour from the flowers of the popular garden ornamental, Magnolia. Although this ancient genus of trees is not native to the UK, it is very popular in gardens due to it's beautiful spring flowers, which hold a wonderful fragrance to attract pollinators.
