Beer description
Saison Geluc owes its full flavour to oats, with a sour touch from the addition of wheat malt. But it is mainly the saisong yeast that gives the beer its distinctively spicy flavour. That spicy flavour is further enhanced by the use of cardamom during the boiling process. Atypical for a saison, this beer is dry-hopped with citra. The beer was brewed to benefit Zorgboerderij Rimpeling.
