Salikatt - 10Th Anniversary #2

We are celebrating our 10th anniversary! Our Second celebration beer is heavily inspired by Cold Fusion - a NE DIPA we brewed five and a half years ago and that became a milestone in the history of our brewery. We did use the same, old, slow and very labor intensive process that we used at that time to brew and hop this beer, but we didn´t buy back our old frankenbrew ‘’brewhouse’’ that we first brewed this beer on. Our founder, Bjarte, actually welded, together that old brewhouse himself from used dairy tanks 10 years ago! Cheers!
