Malanka - Saĺsa: Chinese BBQ

In our journey through the sauces of the world, this time we travelled to the very east - where the day begins and where people know a lot about delicious dishes. Yes, the new Salsa is dedicated to China, or rather Chinese smoked sauce. Our usual thick tomato base is treated with sweet paprika, dried chili pepper, super aromatic cumin, Szechuan pepper, seasoned with natural smoke and a pinch of salt. And, of course, we added some oriental magic!
