This year we were short on the necessary tequila barrels to blend a full batch of Saltation, but we love it so much we still decided to do a mini blend of just over 100 gallons. Saltation is our golden sour aged in tequila barrels with blood orange, guava, lime, and salt. it's a Margarita inspired sour beer, without the sweetness of the famous summer cocktail.
