Salvador Brewing Cap. Jack Juicy IPA

In the middle of World War II, Jack Churchill made his enemies tremble. He went forward with a bow and arrow, sword and bagpipe. Cap Mad Jack, as he was called, was fearless and crazy. As crazy as the amount of hops we included in the recipe for this Juicy IPA, named after this British war hero. The hops of the time are Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot, which leads to an explosion of aromas and flavors!
