Beer description
In its formula, this milk stout picks up Topázio coffee, which is aged in whiskey barrels and roasted by the National Vice-Champion of roasting, Eduardo Escorsin. With a roasting profile that makes optimal use of coffee development without affecting the maturing process of the whiskey barrel, we would like to end the banquet by adding cinnamon sticks.
