San Antonio Milestone beer is a tribute to the Canarian founders of the city of San Antonio in Texas, with a touch of Canarian tradition in its brewing. Inspired by the Belgian Blonde style, its flavour is distinguished by the grain of the Gomeran gofio mix, toasted in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife mill, and the subtle aroma of Teide broom honey. With 6% alcohol and 22 IBU, its suggested pairings are sweet, hot and spicy foods, such as Asian dishes or with jalapeño sauce.
