Bishop Cider - Sangria 2.0

This is the polar opposite of our Sangria Lite.... big and bold with tons of berry. This one starts with a big berry nose, and the flav doesn’t disappoint. It’s all berries from start to finish and not just hints. Our head cider master really wanted to do this one right. You usually honk of Sangria as a refreshing light summer drink, perfect for sitting by the pool or an outdoor patio, BUT it’s fall, so she [as in Paige} made this ne especially for fall. She started with cranberries, b;ackberries, passion fruit and blood orange [for some acidiy]. It was pretty good, in fact it was really good, but that’s never good enough so in went the Guava and strawberries. Even better and bigger, but missing one thing, and after many attempts and that thing, she stumbled upon strawberries. That was the trick and treat that finished off this 9.7% beauty of a real fall Sangria. It’s great for all you northsiders, even better for the westsiders. Perfect for all you southsiders, but really made for the Eastciders [a little play there for you cider peeps, jus havin some fun]. Anyway, it’s a great cider, made for fall, but it’s only around a short time so get to the Dallas or Austin Cidercades and give it a try.
