A traditional German-style 12˚Plato pilsner, emulating a soft continental European water character, therefore accentuating a soft, round hop quality and reduce the bitterness of traditional German and Czech Saaz hops. A two-hour boil caramelizes and accentuates the German pilsner malt. For freshest flavor, store below 40˚ F.
