Every cellar has a few orphan barrels that remain unused, or for whatever reason, are without a home. A lot of the time our orphans are diamonds in the rough, easily able to shine on their own, but sadly not in the quantity that warrants their adoption. This isn’t a sad story, though, as all of our orphans are eventual taken in by our family. Compendium is a blend of one and two year old barrel-aged Sadi. from SARA’s cellar. Time has done these children of our barrels well, and we are excited for you to take them i. your own homes and call them your own. Sante!
