Beer description
I first met Adair in 2008 picking hops in Northern California. They were an inspiration of mine to start Casey, I remember drinking their beer when I was living in my parent’s basement writing my business plan and saving money. It’s an honor to collab with them.
We did the same thing we do with Side Project, we sent each our yeast and brewed a malted buckwheat farmhouse ale using both of our house cultures. This is easily one of my favorite unfruited beers we’ve done in a while. It’s a single puncheon and is going to age sooooo good.
