Sap House - Honeyberry

Ever had a Honeyberry before? We bet you have not. This berry is the cousin of the Honeysuckle. It looks like an elongated blueberry but has an amazing flavor of blueberries, raspberries and cranberries! Slightly tart, this mead finishes medium bodied and very similar to an off-dry red wine. Light, local wildflower honey in the aroma and the mid palette.
