La Ferme de la Sapinière delivers a raw cider with a beautiful golden color. When you open it, you discover a fine fizz and a delicate mousse. The bouquet is rather discreet and is clearly reminiscent of ripe fruits, pressed apples and a hint of vegetation that is reminiscent of autumn undergrowth. On the palate there is a certain roundness, a tonic bitterness and a hint of freshness. The whole thing is well balanced by a pleasant tannin structure. The finish is delicate and tasty.
