Ferme de la Sapiniere - Cidre “Cuvée Louise Gautier”

Louise Gautier cider is a table wine made in honor of the grandmother of the Legallois family. This cider is made exclusively from cider apple varieties from the Bessin. This drink is soft, fruity, light, and has just the right amount of sweetness. This cider has all the characteristics of an exceptional cider. If it can be drunk at any time of the day, the Cidre Cuvée Louise Gautier finds its full extent at the time of the dessert, that it should accompany an ice cream, a cake or a pancake, it will work wonders. Incidentally, Mrs. Gautier was 105 years old and regularly drank cider from the farm.
