Hertl - Saurer Franke

Collaboration between Braumanufaktur Hertl and winemaker Markus Meier. The Saure Franke is a so-called Riesling Sour Ale. Beer and wine have been combined to create an extraordinary drink that brings soft malt and a hint of hops, white grapes and an elegant acidity to the glass. This brew is only gently carbonated and has just as little carbon dioxide as a conventional Riesling.
