Beer description
Sauvage d'aMyrique is an IPA flavoured with Abitibi balsam myrtle. It's one of the beers in our Northern Discovery Series that contains an ingredient native to our forest! Used in the past to make beer, balsam myrtle has aromas of lemon, pepper and laurel reminiscent of hops. Combining it with American and New Zealand hops creates a complex beverage bursting with flavour. Raw hops: Amarillo, Centennial, Balsam Myrtle (SRM 4)
