Dorian Winter’s Dance is a cranberry and espresso stout with hints of chocolate, cranberry, espresso and oak. Global Delights out of Eugene, Oregon supplied the organic fair-trade Dominican/Ethiopian espresso. Teamed up with Chef JJ’s Backyard of Broadripple to create a unique oak finish to the stout that aids the all-natural flavor of the Oregon cranberries.
