Selfmade - Scarlet Tide

The depths of the ocean hold many mysteries and riddles, because the big water is only 2% explored. Since there is not much information about the underwater world and its inhabitants, we can assume that somewhere in the depths there is a giant octopus. It's so huge that it stains the water right up to the surface with its ink. In honour of this interesting phenomenon we have named our new variety IMPERIAL SOUR ALE. Why is the tide scarlet? It's simple! Its ink is not black and salty, as everyone is used to seeing, but bright and sweet! If you want to check it on yourself, we advise you to try "SCARLET TIDE" generously flavoured with strawberry, raspberry and red currant juice. Of course we didn't catch the marvellous beast, but who knows, maybe we'll really see that scarlet tide one day....
