Schanzenbräu - Kleines Nürnberger Waldseidla

Waldseidla - mixed beer drink made from 93% beer and 7% tea made from tree needles. Subtle conifer aromas give this extraordinary brew an unobtrusive, earthy depth. Fresh young needles and shoots of pine, fir and Douglas fir - harvested by hand in Nuremberg's Reichswald forest - together with carefully selected hops provide fruity citrus notes and a lively freshness. Thanks to additional whirlpool hopping, the coniferous aromas are finely integrated and have a harmonious effect without dominating. The result: a natural, aromatically balanced mixed beer drink with its very own character - woody, fresh, unmistakable.
