The amber Kellerbier is brewed according to handed down brewing recipe of the founding generation with exquisite hops, best Bavarian brewing malt and bottom fermented yeast. By not using filtration, the cloudy components of the yeast provide the full-bodied, velvety-soft and slightly spicy taste after long, cold cellar aging.
