Straw yellow and only slightly cloudy with a slightly creamy crown that is not very stable, these are the visual impressions of this Märzen. Malty, caramel aromas with some fruit on the nose. In the initial taste, a pleasantly balanced aroma between sweet caramel and grainy malt notes and slightly bitter hops. The hoppy-bitter components become a bit more dominant as the wine progresses, probably also because of the fine and present carbonic acid. The result is good review and drinkability. A medium body brings the malt back to the fore. In the aftermath, the much sweeter caramel aromas come back to life. The finish is rather shorter overall.
