Beer description
Schlappeseppel wheat beer is a very soft beer due to the use of “huskless” wheat malt (it lacks the husk substances that barley malt has). Special top-fermented pure yeast gives the wheat beer a fruity to flowery aroma. The higher carbon dioxide content produces the beautiful and voluminous wheat beer head when poured carefully.
