Beer description
The Schongauer Dunkel is brewed according to an old Schongauer traditional recipe. This is where the striking, very dark color comes from. We can gain this through special roasted malts and the use of various special malts. In addition, the Schongauer Dunkel is known for its extremely malty and drinkable style. The top-fermenting fermentation process of this beer is atypical and therefore special.
