The KenIKillYou has been brewed by Stephan Albrecht for 8 years using exactly the same recipe. It is a Schongauer, but Bavarian-Irish “RedAle”, a red beer that is boiled with special hops and later fermented with an ale yeast. This creates the unique tastes of KenIKillYou.
