Selected oak barrel-aged beers were matured for a year in the 6,000-liter wooden barrel “Fat Schorsch,” creating the strongest draft beer in the world. A fruity, dark malty base with notes of toffee, rum, and raisins and medium bourbon aromas creates a complex, profound drinking experience. The aromatic influences from the previous red wine and sour beer contents of this barrel perfectly complement the cuvée of bock and ice bock beers. The optimal drinking temperature is 14° Celsius.
