Schoune De Rode Vlaanderen

Poured a clear dark reddish color ale with a medium size off-white head with OK retention. Aroma of tart notes with some oak notes and light cherry notes. Taste is also dominated by nice tart notes with cherry and oak flavours easily identifiable with limited level of acidity. Residual sugar notes are present and just enough to cut through some of the sour notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation.
