Schoune Encre Des Tenebres

Black, opaque beer with a good beige head and sparkling / creamy appearance. Strong malty aroma with hints of chocolate, prunes and black liquorice. On the palate, it is rich and well balanced. The malty base is supported by hoppy, chocolate and macerated fruit notes. In the mouth as in the nose, the alcohol remains in the background. Good sweet / woody finish and moderately comforting.
