Schoune Noire a L'Erable

Pours a clear ruby reddish dark brown with a resilient pale beige-white head. Aroma is maple, coffee, milk chocolate. Flavor is chocolate, coffee. Finish is sweet, some maple, notes of honey, some metal. Light to medium body, average to strong carbonation.
