This bottom-fermented full-bodied beer is a finely bitter Pilsner from Upper Swabia. Naturally cloudy and unfiltered from the finest yeast. It is malty, quite full-bodied and somewhat more tart than a Hell or Export. It is this natural cloudiness that gives it its unmistakable creamy taste. Craft-brewed according to organic principles with natural raw materials from controlled organic cultivation according to Bioland® quality guidelines.
