Schwartz Weather - Schwarzbier - Central Waters Amherst / MKE Collab Schwarzbier Brewed with Mitch, our head brewer in Amherst, We selected all of our favorite malts to create a dark lager that was perfect for drinking in the ice shanty, next to the fire, really anywhere outside you could wear schwartz. We decocted the mash to create a nice fluffy head, as well as naturally carbonated to create a soft silky body. Dark & Light at the same time, kind of like daylight savings time. It's a little known fact that the Amherst crew does not like wearing pants, So Schwartz weather is a year round thing.
