A beer brewed in the Pilsen style. Soft brewing water from our own spring, barley malt from local cultivation and natural hops from Spalt/Hallertau are the basis for this top-quality craft-brewed pilsner. A maturation period of up to 6 weeks and the deliberate avoidance of pasteurization and technical additives for preservation give it its fresh and pure taste. A deliciously drinkable, delicately bitter Pilsner with a rich golden yellow color, a clear barley character and a full-bodied taste.
