Crafted in a big multi-collaboration by all participating breweries, this special brew pays modern tribute to the legendary Hildegard von Bingen. Mama Hildegard is brewed with spelt for rustic depth, local honey and coriander seeds for a herbal twist. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvinand Hallertau Blanc, it bursts with white wine and stonefruit notes — an ode to Bingen’s proud winemaking tradition.
