Beer description
Sour beer brewed with a Scotch ale pour, whose malty, roasty characteristics can still be tasted despite the acidity and which also gives this beer its amber colour. On the nose, plum, dried fruit, caramel with a hint of raspberry. Slightly oily consistency and sparkling carbon dioxide. Nice acidity in the mouth, malty-roasted tones with the flavour of dried plums. Savoury sour beer.
