Hold your seahorses!! Salt and Sour whaaaa???? The medieval kick in our Peach Gose is the North Sea itself. Barnacles! Yep, the signature salty taste in this unfiltered sour wheat beer is the brackish North Sea in our own backyard. Then we tossed in some peaches for warm wather juiciness. All told, our Gose is as salty as a light biscuit, as turbulent as the winter swells and as pink as a sea star. Aye-aye, captain!
