Elliott Bay - Seattle Weather

Brewer Lisa's first attempt at a hazy beer. All the hops were later additions to decrease bitterness and increase aroma and flavor. I also double-dry hopped the beer for extra aroma and flavor. Lots of fruit flavors and aromas combined with the light, dry finish make this beer very drinkable.
