Selfmade - Waxwing

Waxwing are birds, one of the unusual features of which is the use of old fermented berries and fruits as food during the cold season. This has a direct (familiar to many of us!) effect on their behaviour and motor skills. We decided to choose such a name for our new variety to remind that in the cold season with a delicious smoothie sour ale (6.9% ABV) you can quite dilute the grey range of dull autumn days outside the window with a bright cheerful taste! The combination of fragrant sea buckthorn and ripe mango will unreservedly dispel the autumn malaise and perhaps make you think of well-fed and most likely carefree mockingbirds, who are full of intoxicating fruits. And fragrant rosemary harmoniously gives the flavour a recognisable spiciness. With Waxwing, you won't have to fly away for the winter, just like the whistlers!
