This wheat and spelt beer is co-fermented with single-varietal grape musts (juices), which differentiates the aromatic profiles. The Gewurztraminer cuvée revolves around lychee flavors, the Muscat beer has notes of yellow fruits like peach and apricot, and the Pinot Noir beer is closer to red fruits and morello cherries.
